Acute toxicity of fibrinolytic enzyme without bleeding activity from Agkistrodon acutus venom

[Abstract] Objective To study the acute toxicity of non hemorrhagic fibrinolytic enzyme (NHFLE) and evaluate its safety. Methods The drug was administered by tail vein injection, and the acute toxicity reaction of Kunming mice after NHFLE was observed and recorded. Results The LD50 of NHFLE was mg/kg. Conclusion The acute toxicity test shows that the drug has low toxicity and good safety in clinical application.
