Comparison of Hemostatic Effect and Safety of Hemocoagulase from Agkistrodon acutus in Hepatectomy

To compare the hemostatic effect of Haemocoagulase for injection of Agkistrodon acutus in hepatectomy with other hemostatic drugs, and observe the clinical safety. Methods 122 patients undergoing hepatectomy in hepatobiliary surgery of the hospital from November 2014 to February 2016 were divided into three groups according to the preoperative inclusion and exclusion criteria: Haemocoagulase for injection of Agkistrodon acutus (Group A), Haemocoagulase for injection of Agkistrodon acutus (Group B) and Desmopressin Acetate Injection (Group C), After administration according to the clinical research scheme, the therapeutic indexes (hemostatic time of incision wound, bleeding volume of incision wound, drainage volume 24 hours after operation) and the preoperative and postoperative safety indexes (blood routine, blood coagulation function, liver and kidney function) of the three groups of patients were compared. Results There was no significant difference in hemostatic time of incision wound, bleeding volume of incision wound, drainage volume 24 hours after operation among the three groups of patients (P>0.05); There was no significant difference in blood routine test, blood coagulation function, liver and kidney function between groups and within groups before and on the third day after administration (P>0.05); At discharge, no abnormality was found in ECG and B ultrasonic examination of both lower limbs; In this clinical study, no adverse event occurred in each group. Conclusion Hemocoagulase for injection of Agkistrodon acutus has similar hemostatic effect with other hemostatic drugs in hepatectomy, and has no effect on blood routine, coagulation function, liver and kidney function indicators after surgery. It has good efficacy and safety, and is worth using in hepatectomy, and observe clinical safety. Methods From November 2014 to February 2016,122 patients undergoing hepatectomy of the department of hepatobiliary surgery in the hospital, according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, were randomly divided into three groups, which was group A-haemocoagulase agkistrodon for injection, group B-ferdelance haemocoagulase for inje
