Objective To isolate and purify defibrase from Agkistrodon acutus venom by affinity chromatography Methods Ion exchange chromatography and monoclonal antibody affinity chromatography were used for separation and purification Results Electrophoretic pure defibrase was obtained, and its molecular weight was 36000. Conclusion It is feasible to purify defibrase by monoclonal antibody affinity chromatography
