[Abstract] In this paper, the effects of the anticoagulant component of Agkistrodon acutus venom on thrombosis and thrombin time were studied. The results showed that this component could shorten thrombin time, and the thrombus formed after this component was coagulated. Soluble in 30% urea solution, the clotting time of blood on the thrombus elasticity diagram is shortened, and the maximum amplitude and maximum elasticity of thrombus decrease with the increase of its concentration.
